Where it comes from
102’s go-sign — a foot and leg, the walking verb of Sumerian. Crossing the border it takes a voice you could not guess, ra2 — and in this course it appears exactly once per word: closing the skeleton’s compound, 𒄊𒉻𒁺, spoken eṣemtum, “bone.”
How to remember it
The go-sign ends the bone-word — fitting, since nothing goes anywhere without bones. A foot-sign at the start, a foot-sign at the end, and the skeleton in between.
